I was there. I love him for how he handled this. (See clip) This was a tense situation that could've caused mass panic, but he played it off perfectly. He made it seem like some sort of brief, patriotic air show instead of a potential threat to himself (and us).

Notice the audience's reaction. We chanted, "USA! USA!" We had no idea this was unplanned.
