Just a reminder that every role in the Disney parks is imperative to the operation and no role is better or more important than the rest!!!!!!

I am so saddened by everything that’s going on but some of these posts I’ve been seeing are... something else.

I agree that these cuts in entertainment are not ok, but I am also aware of the fact that there are plenty of people who visit the parks who don’t care about the entertainment aspect so to say that entertainment is *the* most important to everyone is untrue

I also cannot imagine having been in another role and also laid off and seeing something like that pop up on my Facebook feed. It’s just straight up inconsiderate. We all made magic in so many different ways. We were all so important

So mourn how you need to, but don’t put yourself above others because you’re not ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯ maybe that’s rude of me, but my inner *former* custodian honestly doesn’t care. We’re all going through it. Don’t make it harder for someone else.
