1. Presentation
D.Gray-Man is a manga written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino.
The manga started in 2004 and ran in the Weekly Shonen Jump until 2009 but due to author& #39;s health and multiple hiatuses in moved monthly to Jump SQ.
It currently have 28 volumes and 238 chapters.

2. Synopsis
DGM is set in a fictional 19th century where we will follow the story of Allen Walker who joins an organisation named the Black Order and becomes an Exorcist.
The Order purposes is to defeat the Earl of Millennium and his army of Akuma who plans to destroy humanity.
3. Analysis
It can seem pretty generic and just your average Shonen but it isn& #39;t.
DGM stands out by it& #39;s dark themes, unique artstyle, gothic universe and very well written characters.
There are many reasons on why i love DGM and i& #39;ll list some.
A. The Plot
Very interesting plot, no plot holes or power of friendship and also a very good foreshadowing, what more can you ask for.
The story is always evolving in a darker way it& #39;s just soooo good.
B. The Geography
DGM makes you travel everywhere in the world, England, Germany, France, Romania, really everywhere !!

C. The Length
Arcs or never too short and never too long ( longest Arc is 45 chapters long ).
You can never be bored since there& #39;s always new things to be s̶a̶d̶ ̶o̶v̶e̶r̶ interested in !
D. The Artstyle
DGM has such a pretty and very unique artstyle it& #39;s IMPOSSIBLE to not love it, especially since it& #39;s constantly evolving !!
Panels are always detailed and pleasant to see Hoshino is really good for that, i also love her palette for color pages https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="❤️" title="Rotes Herz" aria-label="Emoji: Rotes Herz">.
E. of course The Characters !!!
DGM is filled with good characters, side or main, protagonists or antagonists, they WILL make you cry.
they all have good backstories and personalities that you can relate to.
they also ALL have their time to shine and i just love that !!!
