2/ Meet @irinatsukerman, a NY based human rights lawyer and “troublemaker” (twitter bio). After learning about her site http://republic-underground.com , it has become evident that Irina is an absolute disgrace to human rights everywhere and an embarrassment to journalistic integrity.

3/ Irina has shamelessly enabled Azerbaijan’s war mongering tyrant, Ilham Aliyev, by allowing his regime to disseminate misinformation and anti-Armenian propaganda through her platform here in the US, and all for a profit.

4/ As the world is coming to realize, Azerbaijan, with the backing of Turkey, launched an unprovoked attack against the Armenian people of Artsakh on Sept. 27, and to this day, continues to shell civilian and historic structures.

5/ To date, Azerbaijan has failed to comply with 3 separate ceasefire attempts brokered with the assistance of Russia, France & USA, and continues to commit war crimes against the Armenian people.

6/ A disclaimer on her site confirms her content is paid for by Azerbaijan. Obviously, this disclosure doesn’t add ANY merit or credibility whatsoever to her content. All it does is keep her cowardly and negligent practice at arms length from any legal repercussions.

7/ To borrow a few words from her disclaimer “iN tHe sPiRiT oF eQuAliTy” – Please be aware that if someone helps spread the narrative of war crime perpetrators, then they’re also complicit in those war crimes.

8/ We see right through Irina’s efforts and we will not stand for them. The world will learn that Irina Tsukerman has blood on her hands.

9/ To the @NYSBA - disbarment may be imposed by the state bar association if a lawyer commits an offense that directly relates to his or her fitness to practice law. Such offenses may include dishonesty, fraud, or conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.

10/ @NYSBA Irina’s “human rights work” exhibits gross negligence. She’s aiding an unhinged, war mongering dictator advance his misinformation campaign in our country, so she‘s clearly compromised ethically. Is this not grounds for disbarment? I urge you to investigate.
