I want to make a disclaimer in regards to the roles in the Smash Borders server. Everything in the server from the roles, the text channels, and VCs are all meant to represent the universe of the series, Elites of Light. In no way is meant to be an insult to anybody (1/7)

With every new fan that joins the server, you are given the Purposeless Fighter role. Since these are the borders, you have just entered the World of Light after accepting the invitation. You have no yet received an additional role, or in the case of the a series, a purpose (2/7)

In the World of Light. Once you pick a role and receive one from the Border Attendant, your color will change depending on the role. However, you'll still be a purposeless fighter until you've stayed in the borders for a month. Only then will you be an official citizen (3/7)

In the World of Light. Below, you can see an example of what roles we have. I even put a disclaimer that the role itself is in sense of the series as you are new to the borders. I thought it was clear enough, but it seems that it isn't. I had an issue with someone (4/7)

Who joined the server. I had him block a while back since he kept sending me invites to his server and was acting rude when I refused to, but that's another story for another day. Honestly, I hate to sound rude, but I hate to see that something like this was happening. (5/7)

He attempted to apologize to me but then blocked me (or I think he did; I never been blocked on Discord before) and left the server. Again, I don't intend to insult my fans. I care and value each and every one of you in fact. Seeing this interaction happen within my own (6/7)

Server is honestly heart-breaking, which is why I'm making this thread to clarify. If anything, I am willing to make changes to the purposeless fighter role if it helps. I am sorry if the role offended anybody who joined. You guys aren't purposeless, you're amazing people (7/7)
