literally no one asked for this but I watch a ton of documentaries so I thought I should compile them into a thread because why not

the one that got me started on this most recent documentary kick is this short one about the underground Palestinian hip-hop scene.

this one really blew me away. It's about the 1969 strike of Black female hospital workers in Charleston, SC for union recognition and higher wages. The strikers received the support of Coretta Scott King, and were met with the national guard.

now this one is fucking wild. the title is "Drugs As Weapons Against Us: The CIA War on Musicians & Activists" and that really says it all
