Storyboarding pro tip: If you, like me, struggle with speed and focus, and sometimes overwork your panels instead of developing a good shorthand, consider setting a timer for every panel to keep the pressure on and keep yourself moving.
Consider investing in a good increment timer, or use an online one like this: https://www.online-stopwatch.com/interval-timer/
Set your intervals pretty tight, like 3-5 minutes per panel, especially for roughs. When the alarm goes off, go to the next panel, even if the panel you are on doesn't seem quite finished... That's what cleanup is for!
Hopefully you should be able to fly through your roughs like lightning this way, which will give you plenty of time to go back over and be choosy about what parts you want to make perfect and what parts are good enough
