Men serve in many many roles in our formation but we do not hold leadership positions.
We, like myself, can become respected teachers and advisors, a form of leadership, but we dont get to put our hands on the steering wheel.

Our role is as specialists and we advance as much as our special skill is required.
Because I have advanced organizing, strategic and military skills my job is first to do what needs done but equally my job is to not do things and train others. My job is to become useless.

Because of my experience and knowledge I hold an esteemed position at the peak of where men can hope to go, but only because the need for my skills is enormous.
