9/ Time-blocking works because it makes you focus deeply on one thing at a time. Being mindful and having organized timings to do everything you need/like to do, results in being more productive.
10/ Also, this exercise makes you aware of how you& #39;re spending your time. Plus, it helps you fit in important work as well as the urgent.
11/ A personal recommendation is that you make sure your team/peers/managers know your schedule. This way they can respect it, and it will be easier to follow.
