So Nairo's response sure is something.
i don't mean this in a bad way, it was very professional, and very well written, but this response really raises a lot of questions and topics for discussion and I'll probably write up some stuff about it.
Ok so first off, I just really want to say that Nairo went into this having to fight an uphill battle; having had previously "admitted" to all the shit Zack said about him. To, hopefully, nobody's surprise, Nairo's timeline of events has a somewhat similar sequence to what we...
heard from Zack, but a lot of the actual events that we heard from Nairo contradict what we heard from Zack. I personally think that Nairo's story contradicting Zack's, in tandem with what we know about Zack from Tamim, ultimately helps Nairo's case because we know that Zack...
is very manipulative, devious, and untrustworthy as a person.
considering all of the stuff that we know about Zack and how he has blackmailed people, manipulated them, lied to/about people, and is all around untrustworthy; Zack's side of the story very quickly went from fact to fiction shortly after Tamim's twitlonger. and in all honesty...
we really should have been more skeptical about Zack's accusation against Nairo from the very beginning.

(ok, so I need to go off topic a bit in order to further elaborate on my previous point, so yeah.)

So back in early August of 2019 there was that twitter account that...
was called "The Truth" that exposed Zack and Ally's relationship and also detailed how Zack pressured Ally into a relationship with him and was also blackmailing Ally. it's difficult for me to really convey what i mean when i say this, but bc of that twitter acct, i feel like...
a lot of people, myself included, may have had a nagging suspicion of Zack in the back of their heads, but because of the nature of the allegations that Zack brought against Nairo, the fact that Zack was a minor when their whole thing went down, and that only a few months...
before Zack brought up his allegations against Nairo there was a large movement within the community for Zack's CoC ban to be removed, it was really easy to ignore that nagging thought in the back of our head.

now that isn't to say that everyone that came out against an...
influential player during that time was a lying, clout-chaser, but in hindsight i think we should have took Zack's past controversy involving Ally and everything we knew about it into consideration before we hastily ended Nairo's career.
the big thing that Nairo is doing that really helps his case showing that he is taking this to court to get his name cleared. a lot of the other top players adamantly denied the allegations against them, but eventually admitted to what they did. Nairo has done...
the exact opposite, "admitting" to what he did and then coming back to refute his admission of guilt, denying the claims with his as much of his story that he could legally tell, proving that he has sought legal council and is taking legal action, and that...
Pereden, Void, and Cosmos are all stating that they have read the 30 page legal document and fully believe that Nairo is innocent.

do i think that Nairo is innocent? Honestly, in this case i think he is. Zack is far too dishonest and manipulative for me to trust his story...
there's everything that we got from Tamim's twitlonger and how it greatly coincides with Nairo's statement, and how Void, Cosmos, and Pereden are all saying that they've read the 30 page legal document and are willing to throw their support behind Nairo.
so yeah, there's good reason for people to believe Nairo, but right now we need to hear from Zack.

If Zack was lying, and i feel like there is a pretty good chance that he is, he has done a lot to greatly discredit ACTUAL Victims.
thats pretty much all i have rn regarding this. i'll definitely add to this thread if i think of anything else i want to talk about
