36 studies from 16 countries have submitted data with 220 registered studies. A phenotype steering committee defined various case/control comparisons. The largest has 30,937 COVID-19 positive cases and > 1.7M controls.
Q: Its it possible to build a genetic risk score of hospitalization upon SARS-CoV-2 infection?
A: Probably nothing clinically useful yet. Some efforts in this space.
