just watched a video about north korean girl exposing her life on NK (she's in US now) and damn the child labour there is awfully normalized, they have no running water in houses, no 27/7 electricity, and once when lights went out radios were installed and they can't turn it off
also, from the radio, a broadcasting system turns on at 5 am for everyone to wake up and first instinct is to do labour outside. if parents are not available (like doing bfast etc), they send the child to work. work includes smashing stones in train tracks and shoveling soil
kinda mad that it's already 2020 ang life in NK is still not known to everyone. only now am i learning about this prison country. watch her video (before it gets taken down by NK gov lmao)
