This is not hard to do but makes a difference.

Acknowledge their work.
Help people feel that their work made a difference.
Give credit where credit is due.

And especially this: when you’re sharing someone else’s work, say their name. Make it really clear. Leave no doubt who created that work.

Because if you don’t, you run the risk of making it look like YOU created the work when you don’t explicitly say that someone else did.
