The report analyzes outbreak in the country and its impact on all population groups living in it or under its control. The Israeli government’s response to the coronavirus crisis was shaped by three deep trends that have marked its policy and practice in the last few decades:

accelerated privatization and underfunding social services, marginalization of disempowered populations, and the institution of centralized, non-transparent policy that disproportionately limits rights and freedoms.
