Someone approached me during the protest in Abuja and asked me "Are you Kelvin Odanz?"

I look at him with the most confused face I could conjure and gave him a firm NO https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸ€Ł" title="Lachend auf dem Boden rollen" aria-label="Emoji: Lachend auf dem Boden rollen">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="đŸ€Ł" title="Lachend auf dem Boden rollen" aria-label="Emoji: Lachend auf dem Boden rollen">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😭" title="Laut schreiendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Laut schreiendes Gesicht">https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😭" title="Laut schreiendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Laut schreiendes Gesicht">
This whole anonymity thing on Twitter is more of an issue of privacy than it is about hiding and whatnot.

I am not sure I am cut for "celebrity" attention. It is not my thing. I like my privacy sooooo much.
For instance, I was in Lagos in September for few days. I opted for an AirBnB instead of a Hotel.

I just want to log out of Twitter and mind my business, live my normal life. No attentions.

I want to go out to a public space, go on a date to a nice restaurant or park without having to greet anyone or entertain anyone.

One life on Twitter.Another life in real life
I& #39;ve had several instances where people gave me weird looks because they presumably recognise my name https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😭" title="Laut schreiendes Gesicht" aria-label="Emoji: Laut schreiendes Gesicht">

It makes me uncomfortable. When I leave Twitter, I love being just a normal, ordinary person minding his business.
