I wonder if @joewoodard and #ScalingNewHeights even bothered to look for any black presenters? This lineup is not an accurate representation of the DIVERSE accounting community and its infuriating that this is still an issue.

As a speaker I would hope you feel part of your job is ensuring you are speaking at equitable and diverse events especially if you say that I’m your friend and/or you respect me. This is complete disrespect for me an my black colleagues.

As an event host your job is to be inclusive. A line up that looks like this says you don’t value me OR any money. There has always been a reason I’ve never attended you event and this is why!

In this virtual world there is NO reason for you to lack brown speakers
