PRIOR TO NOON Monday 11/2 - you can turn in your absentee ballot in person to either the 1st floor of the County-City Building or Mishawaka at the County Services Building. You do not have to wait in line to turn in your ballot.

ON ELECTION DAY - you cannot return your absentee ballot to a polling location unless you want to vote in person. You will need to bring your ballot with you. Your ballot will be "spoiled" and you will need to fill out a form called the ABS-5.
