After 3 days of travel we made it to Germany. I still can& #39;t believe @KLM mistreated me and other 9 colombians the way they did. They left us for 24 hours at a closed airport in Panama without food or water after not allowing us to take a flight to Amsterdam to enter Germany.
One migration officer took the decision to not let us enter the Schengen area through Amsterdam -pretty much bc she didn& #39;t wanted it- behaved extremely disrespectful with us and was borderline -actually- xenophobic to us, she also wouldn& #39;t let us know her name.
When asked to identify the turns her id card and tells us her name is personal information and that she cannot disclose that -bullshit, she& #39;s and officer she has to identify- then @KLM just decides to leave us for 24 hours in Panama in an airport with closed restaurants.
We had to sleep on the floor during a pandemic, we were forced to stay in a airport -an insanely risky place during COVID- for 24 hours. Then we also had to buy new tickets to fly from Panama to Amsterdam to Croacia and then to Germany. We don& #39;t know if we will get a refund.
In my case my partner and me spent over 3.000€ because of this. But the worst is how KML abandoned 9 people in a closed airport during covid forcing me -a disabled person- to sleep on the floor, starve, ans travel for 3 days putting my health at great risk. #DisabilityRights
Because of what they did I had a severe flare up and got way more sick than usual on the flights, I had to be transferred in wheel chairs and had to be pretty much carried everywhere by my partner since I couldn& #39;t move from pain, dizziness/faintness #DisabilityRights #Disability
I also lost movement in my right hand, my sciatica got really bad, my anxiety also went insane. Its been two days upon my arrival and I haven& #39;t left bed and still depend on opiates bc of the pain that @KLM caused me with their decision to abandon me in Panama for 24 hours.
RTS are highly appreciated! Please help me share!! I& #39;m really really upset at this airline @KLM and the way their workers in Panama ignored a my needs as a #disabled person. My health was placed AT GREAT RISK because of you, I& #39;m still suffering because of you!!
Btw @KLM in Panama told me I was going through this because I wanted to because It was my fault to not "inform about the requirements for travel" when I arrived to Germany I had no issues at the entry and was told my documents "were really good prepared".
So @KLM I& #39;m never flying again with you! Its insane how your workers can ignore the needs of a #disabled people and leave them without water and starving for more than 20 hours, sleeping on the floor of an airport during a pandemic #ShameOnYou
