similar stuff happens a lot actually. i dont wanna do something because of anxiety. they threaten to cut off my access to my phone/computer. i give in because thats my only connection to all of my friends.
once i literally told them that its kinda fucked up that theyâre willing to completely cut me off from all of my friends because of stuff like me nof wanting to go out to eat with them because im super anxious and they were just like âoh well.â
theyve never actually gone through with anything super bad because they know exactly how to threaten me in order to manipulate me into doing what they want me to
