BriWoon used to be THAT popular ship but lately they aren’t so here I am bringing back the best of Young and Dowoon’s dynamic.

Once again, like the JaePil thread, this is just also a normal thread. I just don’t want a drama. Shall we start?

I’ve shared on Dowoon thread how insecure Dowoon can be w/ his skills & himself but every time, Young K was always there beside him as he gain the confidence & grow to be what he is right now. How great it is for the two of them to be on the same team.

Meanwhile, YK always showers DW w/ his moral support. He‘d even argue to fans just to express his love for him

Remember when DW was insecure & will show his sharp jawline that YK would tease, DW only wants to look cool on stage? DW said, that one day while performing, he just stared to YK’s eyes and thought it (being on stage) felt comfortable.

+Is it why YK always looks back? To assure him it’s okay? Though, DW says he’s sorry he can’t do much for his hyungs, DW never miss a beat to say what he feels to YK.

Like how YK tries to help DW face his fear, he was also one of the influence to his vocal training. It was YK who said his vocals is important to the band and pushed him to improve his vocals, then one day we just heard of DW training.

DW is a drum. YK is a bass. The pair that can’t be separated in music & even in their daily life. No, they don’t have to be together 24/7 but their countless pair of clothes makes them together everywhere. Do they bargain & buy it cheaper if its a pair?

DW was very shy to speak on his IG live, but the first time he talked was when YK came in & he became so lively that he spoke so much.

YK: Ah, you’ve waited again? Omo omo
DW: I wait for your show everyday

The sweetest thing YK probably did for DW was when he brought DW to the famous jazz bar during their America tour. And knowing how much DW loves jazz means even when they’re busy, YK spent time to think of a place to go with DW, to make him happy.

BriWoon is so clingy, if we notice, they love each other’s skinship but would cringe to others sometimes. They would sit on each other’s lap, carry each other & hug all of a sudden.

Aside from being clingy, they can be lowkey flirtatious too. Like how DW said in 2016 he wanted to marry YK bcs of his pretty legs while YK just said he’s probably getting married with DW (YBC) on the pic he showed. But I always believe, DW is the bravest

We also can’t forget that YK is the only person in this world who can understand every single language Dowoon speaks. Baby talk, alien language, mumbling, all kind of random words and YK has no problem with it.

In this relationship, its always YK who loves to tease the maknae. Like breaking on their bathroom door using a chopstick to open it even if DW is still inside, taking his stuffs away, interrupting him when he speaks and there’s DW accepting his mean hyung

When Day6 are on tour, YK always choose DW as his travel partner. We know DW likes to stay on his hotel room & play w/ his drumsticks all day but DW would always follow his hyung like puppy who loves to travel and eat everywhere

During Gravity tour, while performing YK accidentally hurt his leg & we all know he had problem w/ his leg since trainee days but DW that time, stayed w/ him even after the hyungs has already left to go back so he could take care of his hyung

BriWoon too loves anime. YK isn’t usually super fond of watching films but he has to watch for music inspiration especially during Everyday6. However with DW he will just enjoy what DW would recommend & grew w/ it. As he said, DW is his senpai

What’s the softest thing between them is that YK always acknowledges DW as the person who made Day6 who they are right now. Although DW doesn’t believe it, if YK says it a hundred times, DW will surely believe him one day.

Why? Bcs when DW didn’t had confidence, when DW refused to sing or to speak and acknowledge himself, YK always cheers him up & push him through the limit. YK is a hyung who acts like a maknae most of the time but he is always a hyung who goes along w/ DW

Maybe those are just one of the reasons why DW is too cringy when it comes to YK. DW is playful with everyone but he is crazy confessing to YK any chance he get.

Do you guys know what makes DW unique among his hyungs?It’s the way he calls YK ‘Younghyun hyung’. Everyone almost refer him as Brian but DW always calls him by his real name (except when he remember he should call YK by his stage name on recordings)

It seems nice to have that one person who calls YK differently from others. Then YK would recognize it right away if its DW calling his name.

Let’s not forget their first time in Europe and YK taught DW how to skate. He’s so proud DW learns really fast. Like how intellectual they both are in languages, music & strange sense of humors

Don’t you guys think, YK has a habit of sitting on Dowoon? Like anywhere aside from his lap. Even on his ass or its on his stomach, YK doesn’t care as long as he can is comfortable while DW seems to be so used to it

That sort of gives a flashback of this Sungjin and YK vlive. What was SJ even trying to imply right there? Look at YK’s flustered face. He’s really bad at keeping a poker face when surprised.

This two shows a double version of dynamic. Sometimes, its parental & sometimes a clingy cool couple. Regardless of what we have in mind they always have their way to make us smile bcs of their strange way of interactions & obviously they had that pure+

& innocent love but can sometime be hot too in an innocent manner of the other who seems to be so unbothered of whatever he does.

DW should’ve watched YK’s face when he was brushing his hands over him... or somewhere else

Although BriWoon doesn’t show us so much moments these days but when they do, its always surprising yet funny at the same time. Day6 isn’t a skinship type of group but BriWoon are the type, mostly, only to each other who takes it w/out shying away.

Missing BriWoon lately, so I hope we give them more love. Appreciate their affections for each other. DW is a bit late to join them but he never feel apart bcs YK is always by his side. And so as DW in his own way.
