It’s very important to ask questions at your job interview. Thread of a few solid ones to ask.
1) Can you walk me through a typical day here at (insert company).

This will help you understand your expectations in the position.
2) If hired, will there be someone I am reporting to if I need to ask questions and will there be any training prior to starting?
Most will tell you to be overly confident, but showing your interviewer that you are open and willing to learn can be very beneficial.
3) Will my expectations or responsibilities in this position change the longer I work at the company? Is there any potential for advancement?
Show your interviewer that you’re serious about working for them and that you hope to become a long-term employee: This is exactly what they want.
4) Will I be working with a team and if so, can you tell me a little about each of them?
This shows your interviewer that you are eager to learn about the work environment and your future co-workers.
5) What do you love the most about working for ________?

Get a feel for the company, its environment, and insight on some perks!
6) Are there any current issues or goals within ___ that I will be in the position to help solve or achieve?
THIS is my favorite question to ask and definitely one that most interviewers probably don't hear. If you ask anything, ASK THIS.
Last one:
7) Is there anything else I can provide you with that would be helpful or any more questions I can answer?
You don't have to ask 15 questions, but you should ask at least two or three. Your interviewer is expecting and hoping that you do.
This is simply a list of the exact questions one should ask at every interview. Often the interviewer answers most without me having to do the work
What to bring to an interview:
A printed copy of your résumé and list of references (or 2)
A small notebook (just in case)
A few pens
Always remember: Its better to be over-prepared than underprepared. Overdressed than underdressed.
Another tip: WRITE YOUR QUESTIONS DOWN. You WILL forget them. Your interviewer will understand & even be impressed if you have them ready.
