5 great ways to increase Twitter engagement.

A different take.

1. Drop unnecessary words

Words like ”that” can almost always be removed. Look for other words that can be left out.

This makes the tweets easier to read.
2. Substitute the word I for You

The word “I” makes your tweets seem like they’re only about you.

But changing ”I” to ”you” makes the tweet seem like you are talking to the audience.
3. Don’t say think or maybe.

The words “think” and “maybe” reads like you’re unsure.

You want to be seen as an authority.
4. RT your tweets frequently

Rting your own tweets helps give your ideas a second chance at life.

RT them after:
-30 minutes
-1 hour
-4 hours
-8 hours
-12 hours
-24 hours

This could be the difference in going viral and not.
5. Comment on smaller accounts too

Smaller accounts want attention just like you and the bigger account do.

When you comment on a smaller account they are more likely to reciprocate your kindness.
