Here is the much needed clarification on the FIR filed by Rhea at the Bandra police station against Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters.
"The FIR is vitiated and bad in law," said CBI advocate to Bombay High Court.
It means, CBI has found no truth in Rhea's allegations.

Rhea had filed a complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh with an allegation based on the content of WhatsApp texts sent to Sushant on June 8, six days before his death.
I will come to the content of the complaint later.
But an FIR was registered based on that complaint.

Now there are two FIRs
FIR 1: This is filed at Patna by Sushant's father which makes Rhea Chakraborty the accused.
FIR 2: This is filed by Rhea Chakraborty against Priyanka Singh (and others).
As per Supreme Court order, both FIRs are transferred to the CBI.
What does this mean?

Quite a shrewd move.
If you go by legal process then Rhea is not the only accused in the case.
The second FIR makes Priyanka Singh an accused too.
Any CBI action on Rhea (like interrogation) may result in similar action on Priyanka too.
But the clever legal manoeuvre failed today

The CBI's legal counsel came on record and clarified that the investigations have found no proof of foul play against Priyanka Singh.
The CBI has basically slammed Rhea Chakraborty for filing a frivolous complaint against the sister of Sushant Singh Rajput.
Here is what CBI said:

* FIR is vitiated and bad in law
* The complaint filed by Rhea Chakraborty is speculative
* Rhea's speculation can't be made the basis of an FIR
* We (CBI) oppose the move (Not in agreement with the legal motion)

CBI has basically stated that Sushant's sister is totally innocent

I had put up a thread yesterday where I had said that the sisters have approached the court for protection. But sadly, CBI had not recorded their version till then.

Here's what the CBI court submissions mean:
* There is no evidence against Priyanka Singh
* Rhea's FIR will be put to trash
* Rhea is still an accused

There's another important submission that was made by CBI in court today.
The agency said if Rhea Chakraborty had any information on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, she should have shared with the CBI for action; the FIR registered at the Bandra police station was not required
