Yes, everyone thinks we speak only stock standard hindi, but can you name atleast 2 or 3 other dialects that are widely spoken in the state? ( they're very different from hindi)

UP is home to many different forms of music- both hindustani classical and folk. Can you name any? Know any famous musicians from the state?
Any festivals that you know UP is famous for?

We're taught no one is above and below us. 'अतिथिदेवो भव : Guest is god.' And if you ever wish to visit UP, or you encounter it's people, I hope you have a pleasant experience...as pleasant as it can be. Not all of us might be nice but not all of us are bad too. +
We're all so very often shaded by blurry lines of generalization. And while we have only the society to blame for this, I hope you all get to know the people of UP better. Because trust me, we're a crazy but kind bunch. I hope you had fun!!
