Yes, it's true that the youth are more left-leaning, but the Asian American gap is also based on whether you were born/raised in the US.

And I’ve often heard older people upset bc their kids are going against “Asian American values of people who sacrificed to get you here.” 3/5
But it’s worth noting that young Asian Americans are not going against “traditional Asian American values.” In fact, there is a history of Asian Americans who've fought on issues at stake today.
