- Give them an easy way of getting in touch with a PERSON if something goes wrong
Sale/Loyalty email

- Give benefits to previous customers

-- Gifts - send them a birthday card, branded socks, a personalised pocket square eg.
- Give early access to new product launch
- Ask for UGC, get them involved in the brand
Having someones email is a privilege these days, earn the right and make them look forward to a email from you.

Quality over quantity - if they unsubscribe you're bugered.
