Our thoughts on what to expect from @EHRC report which is apparently due for release tomorrow.

1/ The EHRC in our opinion will vindicate the Jewish community in saying that @UKLabour complaints procedure did discriminate against Jews, and was open to political interference.
2/ We doubt that it will do what everyone is hoping for which is label @jeremycorbyn an antisemite

Although if rumours are to be believed, there is some pretty hot stuff in there. After all why would Livingstone, Corbyn, Williamson et al apparently go to court to try & stop it?
3/ Will it change @UKLabour's disciplinary process, well obviously yes. @EHRC is a satutory body, meaning that this report's "recommendations" are legally binding.

When @Keir_Starmer says he will abide by them he is being disingenuous, as an ex DPP he knows he HAS to implement
Them all or risk @UKLabour being taken to court.

It is that simple, and don't let @labourpress spin it any other way.
These Jewish ex/members will, if the @EHRC report is what we expect, be bringing claims against @UKLabour for large sums of money for failing to protect them.

This is along with the already large number of people taking @UKLabour to court for various issues,
Including breaches of the GDPR leading to Jews being harassed on Neo Nazi and terrorist media site.

@UKLabour and @Keir_Starmer may have a financial crisis of enormous proportions on their hands.
Secondly @margarethodge will be disappointed, there are still 100s if not 1000s of antisemites hiding in @UKLabour, I say hiding as many of them were let off by @jeremycorbyn administration and are now fully aware of how to evade people like us and others who were hunting them.
Thirdly @Keir_Starmer seems to have a tolerance of antisemites in his PLP and Shadow Cabinet if they are useful to him.

Of course we may be wrong, BUT, the fact that @Afzal4Gorton remains in Labour is mind boggling. See the screenshot.
5/ Will the @jeremycorbyn fans won't accept the findings and we expect the whatsapp groups with the likes of Owen Jones, Mendoza, Bastani et al to have received their orders from Milne, on how to try and spin this, just as they apparently did with almost other story.
So you will have large swathes of the left who now will believe that the @EHRC is somehow corrupt and their findings are worth nothing.

This will further entrench the antisemitic ideas in that group.
Is it a step forward, yes it is.

But unless the @EHRC recommend a truly independent complaints procedure it will be toothless.
We are looking forward to putting names to those mentioned in the report. After all we did make a submission to the @EHRC which was well received,

Bob James well known twitter antisemite seems to have outed himself already. :) https://twitter.com/BobJamesCo/status/1321053118403104774?s=20
As @JeffSamuels16 pointed out yesterday.

"The key question which needs to be addressed is what is it about that particular brand of politics which renders it and its followers susceptible to that embrace. Unless and until that is wrestled with nothing will or indeed can change."
Oh and additionally, the other main point is how will @EHRC tell @UKLabour to deal with the historic cases of antisemitism?

Those that were let off under @jeremycorbyn until they are removed from the party, they will not be an"anti racist" party ever.
