weird question to not know the answer to but what is the federal gov actually doing at the moment with regards to the pandemic?
i know this will get a bunch of abuse but mostly I just want a summary of like the last month? what have they been up to?
like, Hughesy is not wrong - why don& #39;t we have a nationally consistent QR code scanner approach? why don& #39;t we have a national standard for exposure area alerts? why hasn& #39;t the covidsafe app been updated to use apple/google APIs? https://twitter.com/DHughesy/status/1321221014768943104">https://twitter.com/DHughesy/...
why don& #39;t we have good machine-readable data at the federal level yet? why is it still going out as a PDF?
what& #39;s happened with aged care? has anything changed? I have no idea what is going on
here& #39;s the answer to the aged care Q, they are working on the recs in response to this report https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2020/oct/01/morrison-governments-covid-19-aged-care-preparation-insufficient-royal-commission-finds">https://www.theguardian.com/australia...
there has also been some additional vaccine research funding, and funding for some Vic-specific things like additional PPE and mental health stuff (yes I am answering my own questions)
