I'm sorry but Justin Turner leaving with coronavirus and the Dodgers STILL CELEBRATING is the perfect ending to the 2020 season.
Anyway every reporter who joyously screenshotted MLB's "no positive tests in X days" emails now have to go back and ask if that was true because Turner got it from somewhere.
Also Rob Manfred isn't even pretending to put a mask on.
Tom Verducci just started a question about Turner's positive test and then ended it by calling the season "a success." Remember earlier when we talked about the responsibility of sports reporters to pretend they're human?
This is negligence to not pull him immediately in the second inning! How many teammates was he breathing on in the dugout? How long was he hovering in front of Zunino and the home plate ump? https://twitter.com/JeffPassan/status/1321303445136171008?s=19
Gotta say, I didn't see a single mask being worn properly. https://twitter.com/JeffPassan/status/1321304367555874819?s=19
There is photographic evidence!
This is great and insane and I truly can't believe this is happening and yet of course it is. https://twitter.com/redturn2/status/1321307731869999111?s=19
Yeah I'm sure there was no consideration! There was baseball to be played! https://twitter.com/Joelsherman1/status/1321307967174692864?s=19
HE'S BACK OUT THERE?!?! https://twitter.com/alannarizzo/status/1321310123437006848?s=19
Rob Manfred and everyone standing by watching this should never be allowed back in baseball.
Is this social distancing?
He literally just took his mask off. I'm done.
Ken Rosenthal just said Turner tested positive yesterday AND today which is not what we were told earlier and makes this entirely insane situation SO MUCH WORSE.

We are now on Timeline No. 3. https://twitter.com/Ken_Rosenthal/status/1321323452436008967?s=20
Even if you want to believe the most generous interpretation, that Turner received an inconclusive test in the second inning and a positive in the seventh, he still played five innings ~maybe~ having coronavirus. Then he went back out to the field ~definitely~ having coronavirus.
We literally all watched him on FS1 surrounded by unmasked teammates and his 48-year-old manager who beat cancer 10 years ago. I don't understand the purpose of lying. https://twitter.com/helenenothelen/status/1321328699178799106
