so many people are suffering from high calorie malnutrition, if you have food cravings to the point that it makes you fat, you have high calorie malnutrition!
this is also likely caused due in part to an overgrowth of yeast in the gut, making you crave carbohydrates to feed the bacteria as well
if this describes you, every time you have a hunger craving, eat yogurt or kefir, and eat a lot, don't feel bad about binging

you will unironically stop craving sugar/carbs as much and crave fatty/savory/salty things
if you're a fatty, you must completely forget the idea that cheese, cream, milk, or any of that is bad for you, stop eating carbs as much as possible besides NOT FROM CONCENTRATE fruit juice

make rouxs, beshemels, creamy curries filled with vegetables & meat
you can make a simple cheese beshemel with a ton of butter and cheese and milk and then simmer meat and vegetables in it

mayo, sour cream, whole fat greek yogurt, ranch, all of these things are your friends
and just when you feel full, stop eating. its that simple, the reason people overeat is because they arent fucking full, their body is malnourished and filled with yeast, it wants more food and your yeast wants more food
buy a ton of fruit, eat them all the time. sugar craving? sweet craving? eat a fuck ton of fruit, dip it in fucking yogurt, slather it in it, until you're full
you'd be amazed how if you simple follow one rule here, stop eating when you're full, how quickly you will lose weight
the probiotics will battle the yeast, and your cravings will readjust to the foods you're eating now

i recommend WHOLLY to overeat in the beginning stages and im not kidding, as long as you're ensuring the best quality ingredients possible, YOU ARE MALNOURISHED, EAT REAL FOOD
as long as you're cutting carbs to a minimum like the sugar in the yogurt and NFC fruit juice & fruit, if you have some weird urge to eat an entire package of blueberries with yogurt, fucking do it im serious
strange cravings when it isnt just a craving for simple carbohydrates, are your body telling you something

you cant trust your gut when its yeasty though, dont give into the simple carb cravings
