I have very fond memories of "marching" establishing majoritarian rule in the United States - marching elected Gore, for example. Not to mention marching's impressive success in preventing the Iraq War and removing Trump in January 2016. #politics https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a34487228/supreme-court-throw-out-mail-ballots/
"If the Supreme Court attempts to insert itself into this election to prevent the full counting of votes, citizens will need to assemble peacefully in the streets." - Is there more delusional political writing out there? It's hard to imagine.
Our *actual system*, as it was created and currently exists, prevents majoritarian rule already. Biden can win by 3 million, 5 million, 7 million votes, and still legitimately lose the election. There is no "marching" provision whereby a court will say, "Nevermind!"
@matthewstoller for all your attention to matters of corporate regulation and monopoly and the like, have you ever considered that you can just skip to walking around in the street with others?
