TikTok house “Top Talent House” facing allegations after LA authorities allegedly removed Rachel Brockman (16) from house, according to sources. Rachel refused to return to family, manager Nour Khodr (21) allegedly refused to send her back. 1/12

Several sources have alleged Nour has rated underage clients and potential clients on “f*ckability” scale. He has allegedly asked colleagues, guests and influencers who visit house, “Would you fuck her? I’d fuck her” referencing 14 to 17-year-old potential female clients. 2/12

Former Top Talent clients allege Nour allows underage girls in Top Talent House to purchase alcohol and weed using PostMates and various delivery services, with delivery being allegedly signed by one of adult male visitors at house. I’m told this happens frequently. 3/12

Nour Khodr—who is in his 20s—allegedly lives at Top Talent House exclusively with underage girls. Nour has also allegedly indicated to my sources that the house will remain exclusively female. 4/12

Sources close to situation allege Nour Khodr does not have California talent agent or management licenses. California records requests/checks have confirmed this, and no valid California business license for Top Talent of any kind could be located, according to sources. 5/12

Rachel—who turned 16 in June—is not legally able sign California talent contract without parental consent and court approval from judge. Her manager Nour has allegedly never gone through proper process for signing Rachel or numerous underage kids he claims to represent. 6/12

Many former and current Top Talent clients—most of them minors—have allegedly reached out to express concern regarding the validity of their contracts with Nour, according to sources. Most contracts allegedly run less than 3-months. 7/12

Nearly 60% of Top Talent clients allegedly underage—mostly girls. Much of rest of Nour’s roster turned 18 recently. Nour allegedly aware clients under 18 able to “unsign” from other agencies, so he allegedly poaches clients like 17-year old Ryan Clements from TalentX. 8/12

Sources have confirmed with over dozen talent—both of age and underage—as well as several management companies working with outside clients, that Nour allegedly owes them money totalling in the tens of thousands of dollars for promotions they or their clients have completed. 9/12

Against California Law, Nour has allegedly been privately meeting with many Vivid Management clients recently, in attempt to poach them. Nour allegedly recently dumped large bulk of his talent, vast majority of which were underage who claim they’re owed large sums of money. 10/12
