For someone who makes videos for a living, Shmee should know better. It is much more likely a "better clip" was overlaid over actual data, than someone tried to use video as Prima Fascie evidence, knowing it wouldn& #39;t hold up to scrutiny. My money says film crew fuckup. https://twitter.com/liam_white/status/1321190493225684999">https://twitter.com/liam_whit...
there are any number of reasons the video crew could have produced a video with correct telemetry but a clip showing a different run. directors and social media teams are not always, or ever really, evidence gatherers.
Maybe the light was better; maybe a camera died in the hot desert sun; maybe the crosswind oliver talked about looked sketchy as fuck on video and they didn& #39;t want to show it. Lots of reasons that, in hindsight, seem dumb, but are innocent enough.
But the bottom line is, actually maliciously faking the run and the results is a BOLD move. Not totally implausible, but fucking B-O-L-D. And I& #39;m willing to consider other, more plausible theories before I go with the malicious fabrication one.
