Some of you have not read John Marshall's opinions on Native American land dispossession and it shows.

In other words, your sacred and neutral Court that just does Constitutional interpretation was justified and built up by a man who believed in nothing more than raw POWER!

"Conquest gives a title which the Courts of the conquered cannot deny." --Johnson v. M'Intosh

"The title by conquest is acquired and maintained BY FORCE. The conqueror prescribes its limits."

Let's not be too precious here about this. Pack the court, eliminate it, diminish it, whatever. It was never an institution that lived outside the world of power and politics.
