1) Hi everyone. I want to give you an update of what has been happening with the criminal case People vs. Michael Valva and People vs. Angela Pollina that is very concerning to me, my family, and to the public. For more than a month I have been requesting from the Suffolk County

2)DA office to conduct an immediate investigation in regards to the horrific sexual, physical, and mental abuse of all my three children from the hands of their father Michael Valva, his fiancee Angela Pollina and other predators involved by them. I provided to the Homicide

3) Bureau Chief Kerriann Kelly - the main prosecutor on the case, two reports from my children's therapist (on 09/15/2020) and clinical psychiatrist (on 10/23/2020)describing the horrific abuse and tortures that all my children had encountered. Moreover, I informed Ms. Kelly that

4) I was available on Monday 10/26/2020 between 10 am and 2 pm to be interviewed in regards to this matter. I also requested my son Thomas's autopsy report, findings of the financial investigation in regards to the sky-racking deposits on Michael and Angela's bank account,

5) copies of all filed motions and replies in the criminal proceeding, as well as the online link for tomorrow's Suffolk County Criminal Court proceeding scheduled at 9:30 am in Riverhead in order to allow the public to observe this case. Unfortunately, no response was provided

6) to me by the Suffolk County DA. This is another confirmation that the justice for my murdered 8-year old son Thomas and his brothers is not going to be served by the Suffolk County DA office as it has been shown in December 2018 when two of my criminal complaints filed with

7) the Suffolk County DA were ignored, swiped under the rug, and never investigated. Those unlawful actions led to Thomas’s murder and continuation of severe and horrific abuse of all of my three children. Currently, the situation repeats itself, and unfortunately the corruption

8) and people on high power position who participated in the severe abuse of my children are preventing the law and justice in this case to be served. The Suffolk County DA protects the criminal actions of all the abusers involved in this case by completely ignoring to

9) investigate the sexual abuse, child trafficking, child pornography, sexual exploitation, physical, and mental abuse of all my three children by their abusers. This is not acceptable, and the public has the right to find out about it. My two surviving children and I are in

10) enormous danger of loosing our lives because we are the witnesses in this case, and the Suffolk County DA office is completely failing to prosecute all abusers involved. If anyone of you have time tomorrow on 10/28/2020 to personally attend
