Wisconsin cities make up 9 out of the 20 metro areas that have the highest number of cases relative to their population in the last two weeks. That's bad. That's really bad.

The near future doesn't look much brighter. Eight of the 20 cities where cases are rising the fastest are in Wisconsin, according to the New York Times.
