How to become your own Socrates?
How to be your own Teacher?
How to become more out of what you are?

1) Understand deeply: Master the basics
Admitting that you don’t understand things puts you in a mind-set to learn.
If you choose to take the time to learn the foundation of the basics,
a lot of the learning that comes after will take less energy.

2) Fail effectively
Let go of the fear, step out of your comfort zone.
Try things and falter, but learn a little each time you don’t succeed.
Each failure will take you a step closer to success.

3) Create questions
Master the skill of asking great questions.
Think slowly through each of the many specifics that present you with an issue or challenge.

5) Embrace change
Commit to being the person that you need or want to be.

Keep an open mind;
be willing to see things differently.
Take charge of your learning;
don’t wait for others to educate you.

The first four elements are not useful if you are not opened to change.
We naturally resist change, but it is the only action that will make you grow.
I know change requires a lot of energy but:
YOU WILL NOT GROW IF YOU AVOID CHANGE
