Harry was recently seeing wearing custom made designs by the brand Eliou which is a brand of hand made jewelry inspired by sand and sea. HARRY HASN’T OFFICIALLY PARTNERED WITH THE BRAND. He was only seen wearing a few custom made pieces.

Also a brand can use a celebrity’s name for an item (Hermès did it for the Hermès Kelly bag) but that doesn’t mean that the celebrity partnered with them.

I have worked with stylists & celebs before and I know Harry likes to have customized pieces and he might have gone through the website. But please don’t say he PARTNERED with them. Celebrities always customize things. It’s not what partnering is.

Another rumor - maybe he owns the brand. He doesn’t - it’s an independent brand owned by Cristina Mantilla and Duda Teixeira.
