In today& #39;s saga with Mom. Shopping for clothes.
83yo mom 2-3 weeks ago says she needs a bunch of new clothes for the winter. But she doesn& #39;t go out rn due to covid. So I say, we can just order stuff online. And she gets huffy and says she& #39;s never able to find anything online.

Okay we can work around that. We know the brands you like, we& #39;ll just find them online and order them.
I ask her what exactly she needs. She says everything. I say-knowing that she has 4 closets in her house that are all FULL of her clothes-okay, why don& #39;t you make a list.

Of how many tops etc that you want and we can go from there. She says
Today I& #39;m online looking for a drone for the DH. (he isn& #39;t getting one. they are stupidly expensive) And notice that Amazon carries the brand of slacks she likes best. They even have her size! Woohoo, Mom is going to be happy.
I text her to let her know that they have the petites and she says those are too short. Even though that& #39;s what she bought the last 4-5 times we went shopping. I say fine, we& #39;ll get the regular. She says those are too long.
And then she says that Macy& #39;s used to have an in-between size.
She followed that up by saying she didn& #39;t need slacks anyway. I say, okay Mom, what do you need? She says she doesn& #39;t need anything.
Seems like after I asked her to look and see what she needed she went through her closets and realized that she has more clothes than she thought.
