Justice Barrett’s confirmation is an attack on the Affordable Care Act and it’s an attack on reproductive rights.

But I want Pennsylvanians to know that I'm going to do everything in my power as governor to protect their health care access.

Since taking office, I’ve:

Expanded Medicaid access to 840,000 Pennsylvanians
Vetoed anti-choice bills
Signed legislation to create a state-based health insurance exchange (opening 11/1)
Urged Congress time and time again to protect the ACA for all Pennsylvanians

And earlier this month I announced a health care reform package to lower costs, reduce inequity, improve transparency, and ensure quality care for all Pennsylvanians.

Now, in the middle of a global pandemic, access to health care is more important than ever.

I’m going to keep fighting every day to protect affordable, quality health care for all Pennsylvanians.
