My understanding of #CIC polls quoted by @AHuskic is that since 2016 real voter turnout in #BiH was ~75%.
Let's take the 2018 elections.
According to #CEC 1,812,839 voters casted their ballots. If this is ~75% of total number of voters then #BiH had in total ~2,417,119 voters. https://twitter.com/majda_ruge/status/1321063944866484224

But according to #CEC the #VotersLists in 2018 had 3,355,659 registered voters. This would mean that they had ~938,540 too many registered voters.
@AHuskic, am I right?

The issue of #VotersLists & turnout is a very important topic & happy to see it scrutinised by @majda_ruge & @ecfr.
I remember when voter turnout in #BiH was wrongly used to argue that “citizens have given up on elections as vehicles for change.”
