I've seen weird tweets from some Nigerians and I said, "smh these are the type of people who will support and even glorify John Schneeberger if his case happened in Nigeria."

John Schneeberger drugged and raped his patient. The woman gained consciousness and said something doesn't seem right. She has been sexually violated. He denied & even investigations shows his DNA doesn't match what was found on his patient.

She was insulted by community members

For years, he evaded arrest by implanting a fake blood sample inside a plastic tube in his arm to confound DNA tests. People said the woman is a liar & wants to tarnish the Doctor's image. Until his stepdaughter said something.
We analyzed the case in one of Psychology classes.

So to all Nigerians who sacrificed their time, energy, money, and lives to protest either in physically at diffent locations around the world or online, you did the right thing that every sensible human who wants a SAFE SPACE TO EXIST will do when theree is injustice.

You are brave for putting your lives out there. Don't listen to anyone trying to shame you for asking for a BETTER NIGERIA from those who have been elected into power.

It's so sad that some people died due to the senseless killings that happened. May their souls rise in glory.

Don't be discouraged to keep using your voice in various peaceful ways to demand for justuce (it doesn't have to be a physical protest).

No doubt that during any social justice movement, different things may happen. But keep in mind that you went out to demand for justice.

This thread is because of the 'hot takes' from some people about the deaths that happened in Nigeria during the protest in Lagos and other places.

They want to see eViDenCE. This is how they will act and support John Schneeberger if the case happened in Nigeria.
