Pa. Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar: "Philadelphia and every other county in the state can have poll watchers -- President Trump, every candidate, parties. That hasn't changed."

"His tweets... again, voters need to ignore the disinformation." https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1321050802371334145
This comes after Trump said, yesterday in PA, that "they took us to court" over his campaign wanting poll watchers.

It was actually Mr. Trump's campaign that sued for the right to have poll watchers observe Philadelphia's *satellite* election offices.
Trump falsely said that the judge ruled the campaign "can't have poll watchers" as ballots are counted.

The judge ruled that elections board offices are not polling places, "nor public sessions of the Board of Elections, at which watchers have a right to be present..."
"Why don't they want to have poll watchers? What's wrong with people watching the votes?" Trump asked.

Poll watchers are still authorized to watch over the administration of voting at polling places and at the sites where mail ballots are opened, counted and recorded.
