In 2006, I was raided for selling the same mixtapes as #Tesco & #HMV. When they found out that these CDs they were prevalent in most high streets, I was threatened with my arrest if I purchased these CDs from Tesco.

The #TradingStandards Service & @bpi_music then applied double standards in the case of the #retail giants.

I found out that there was one law for me & another law for the likes of #Tesco, #HMV & #Woolworths.

The #MetPolice then tried to differentiate my case to that of #Tesco etc, by changing and falsifying my arrest details & framing me for pirating of DVDs when my company was not selling any DVDs.

Some clothing was seized for testing on the day of the raids, as I was setting up a clothing business. After the #metpolice frame up failed, ex- #metpoliceuk detectives @surelock_ were commissioned to frame me & my mum.

They did not prevail. After the 2nd frame up was foiled, CPS said that I would not be prosecuted. I then announced my intention sue the #metpolice & #LBRUT. Soon after we were arrested to stop us handing in a DPA form.

And then the Crown Prosecution Service further abused their powers to change the charging decision from no further action to action.

The same pattern continued. #HMCTS are supposed to stand for the #law. I was taken through the Courts & I could not believe what was going on there as they refused to address any issues I was raising.

I was then unlawfully committed to face trial and I had to face trial without any case papers as the Crown Prosecution Service didn't even have one exhibit against me.

The proceedings were null and void in law following the unlawful committal. But #HMCTS & the CPS proceeded as they were not administering the law. To make things harder I was denied my right to call witnesses.

Being tried without any evidence, without case papers and without your own witnesses is bad enough. But to remove my 0.01% chance of winning, #HMCTS set up my jury.

The juror came clean and owned up towards the end of the trial. But proof that #HMCTS set up my jury is that HM Court Service shockingly proceeded with the trial.

It was an employee from #RussellCooke #Solicitors who was on my jury. This means that Russell Cooke went from representing me to being caught out not working in my interests to being on my jury all in the same case.

But none of the plans of #HMCTS, The Crown Prosecution Service & #RussellCooke #Solicitors prevailed. Thanks to the Grace of God, a stranger heard about my case and came to my rescue when HM Court Service were about to imprison me.

My appeal lodged in 2008, is yet to be heard, which means everything mentioned above in this thread has never been addressed.

It's not addressed because the likes of the #AttorneyGeneral, the legal advisor to the #UKGovernment, is aware of whats happened in this case & is aware that I own the #HMCTS hashtag, and acknowledges it by blocking me.
