1. The Senate Democrats didn't have the votes to stop an extremely well qualified ACB from being confirmed as a Supreme Court justice, or stop the president from carrying out his constitutional duties and the Senate to carry out its duties,

2. so their answer is to destroy the Supreme Court as an institution the moment they achieve a majority in the Senate.  And they plan to destroy the Senate too, by adding 4-Democrat senators;

3. and they intend to destroy the legislative process in the Senate by eliminating the filibuster rule.  Meanwhile, they blew up the confirmation process, they were the first to use filibusters widely against judicial nominees,

4. and they were the first to end the filibuster rule against judicial nominees.  In truth, they've condemned the entire constitutional system as the brainchild of slaveowners and the founding of the nation as born in slavery in 1619 not 1776.
