kanae... tbh you said that to lift the mood right and it's nice that kuzuha caught up and teased him-- "you're saying all that but you're only P3 though" "hEY i was diamond in the previous season"

kanae's all sulking in his stream and disconnected from the call with kuzuha and chihiro, saying things like "i won't join until they apologize (for playing the event mode without him)"--- but then there's kuzuha and chihiro not caring at all, doesn't even talk about it HAHAHAH

no but fr i'm not even exaggerating i'm listening to both kuzuha and kanae's stream at the same time and kanae's just salty 24/7 lmaooooooooo "we're over, i can't feel their kindness"

kanae finally rejoined after their first ranked match lmao and just coldly responding "oh, really" to their conversations

chihiro: oh??? kanakana finally rejoined?
kanae: hm? i've been here these whole time though

someone please do a clip of this kanae sulking w/ kuzuha and chihiro and please include the red superchats that were like "kanae, i'll love you forever" "there there, later if you lose, break up" & all similar comments trying to comfort sulky kanae

another food talk...... then there's chihiro, "i'm getting hungry.." yes big mood that's me every apex stream ever because they talk about food. every. single. time

apex things I find satisfying:
1. kanae landing a good snipe with kraber
2. octane!kanae using his sprinting ability to chase an enemy down, especially if it's a wraith using their ability as well
3. octane!kanae landing a shot while in the air after using jump pad

when chihiro was defeated, she had read some comments that made her feel like her wraith gameplay isn't really good... to the point she said "i really don't want to be wraith.." after she d1ed for the second time-- her voice sounded so dejected for her slow "yaritakune.." :(

kanae tried to lift up the mood, kuzuha tried to change the topic, then there was an awkward silence-- before kuzuha said "it would be nice if we could play together with (chihiro's) wraith~"

kanae: shall we look for our poor habits in the tournament practices stream later? just leave it (the comment) be
chihiro: i wonder for what purpose was that comment..
kanae: that.. venting their stress.
chihiro: reading an extremely bad comment made me think why comments exist

ahh i got so sad for her that time with how affected she was by it kanae's chat was really supportive, saying that they like chii-chan's wraith, and "you guys are playing on a rank that we normal people can't reach", or "don't compare yourself with others"

the last comment about comparing was perhaps because they felt chi was insecure of her wraith when there's ras the unbeatable wraith in the same tourney-- (although i heard ras was handicapped to not use his mains) and everyone keeps praising him at one point in their streams

this is becoming a series of how kuzuha's way of comforting chii-chan is very very different to kanae's lmao. for kanae's last advice (uninterrupted by kuzuha) where chihiro finally had some confidence back in her voice... gonna until someone makes a proper subbed clip instead

was so engrossed in the situation so i wasn't able to tweet all these during the stream, but now i feel like i can breathe ;-; in the ranked match afterwards they were so playful w/ each other & eventually became the champion so all that's well ends well :)

yayyy someone clipped alllll the "kanae sulking with chihiro and kuzuha for playing the event mode without him" moments gonna leave it in this thread in case i end up searching for it again
