Philly PD killed a Black man in West Philly today. #WalterWallace Jr was his name. Just 27 years old.

Instead of extending care to a human being in the midst of a mental health crisis, they shot him dead in front of his mother. 14 shots.
No matter how the media spins what happened this evening, I could not be more proud to be a Philadelphian, to join our grieving community in resistance. It is our sacred and righteous duty to fight for our freedom with whatever tools we have at our disposal.
The deepest moment for me tonight was a young woman screaming, "This is happening in Nigeria too. It's not just happening here. SARS is a problem. It's happening all over Africa." RIP #WalterWallace #BlackLivesMatter #EndSARS
