1/4 @amazonIN @delhivery @help_delhivery It's been more than 10+ days and still Pickup has not been made.
I've raised this concern to the Amazon support team everyday , and talked to tens of executives.
They only give a 24 hours timeline but at the end nothing has been done.
2/4 Neither one person has been assigned nor they're taking followup.When it comes to delhivery they're putting false notes on the tracking page.
We've not raised any request for delay pickup. Instead, everyday I'm raising tickets to delhivery site and guess what they're doing
3/4 a 24 hour timeline only.
It's been 10+ days of raising requests on amazon and delhivery, talking with the support team.
I've to repetitively provide all the details and issues I'm facing to all the executives, and even till today they're behaving like this issue is so fresh.
4/4 This has become routine now.I received a defective product , was that my fault !
I took prime membership by trusting amazon.
But now what's happening to us doesn't not suite "earth's most customer centric company"
