The bedroom should be for two things only :

1.sleep

2. Sex
Unlike most vigorous physical activity, sex makes us sleepy.
There& #39;s a strong association in people& #39;s minds between sleep and the bedroom.

Certain things weaken that association, such as TVs and other electronic gadgets, light, noise, and a bad mattress or bed.

keep regular sleeping hours. This programmes the brain and internal body clock to get used to a set routine.

You Need between 6 and 9 hours of sleep every night.
You stay in bed with Phone, Charger, IPad, Laptop, book and expect to sleep.

It& #39;s Bedroom not Cinema. Are You selling equipment?

Put those things aside, go to bed..
Winding down is a critical stage in preparing for bed.
