Once I hear from @ZephyrMarble, & @kcollin13533690, I'll randomize the pool's draft order and we will begin. The player who gets the 1st pick will choose a team they want, then #2 will pick. Once #8 makes their pick, we'll turn around and do the 2nd round in reverse.

These are the teams that will score you points through Marbula1, you'll get whatever points they earn. But, if they fail to qualify for a race, you'll lose points. The team that JUST misses qualification? -1. The team that comes dead last in qualifiers? -4.
